Chimar makes its debut at PLAST: design, color and innovation at the core

On this occasion, Chimar will present an exhibition concept that combines technical expertise and creative vision through two distinctive projects.
The box designed with JoeVelluto Studio
At the heart of the stand will be a box developed in collaboration with JoeVelluto Studio: an object that interprets color not only as a functional element, but as an expressive tool.
The box becomes a three-dimensional narrative of Chimar’s know-how, where masterbatches and predispersed pigments take shape through a contemporary visual language, capable of engaging with the world of design.
Re_Texture: enhanced materiality through PFU
Alongside the box, Chimar will present Re_Texture, a new masterbatch developed with the addition of PFU, designed to give plastic materials a more tactile and distinctive effect.
The project aims to expand the expressive potential of plastics by introducing new textures and tactile sensations, without compromising technical performance. Re_Texture represents a concrete step towards a more conscious approach to design, where aesthetics and functionality are increasingly integrated.
